Our dining room has a beautiful large oak table and 14 comfy leather chairs to enjoy all your meals.

Bedroom 3
Can be used as either Queen double or 2 large singles built in wardrobe patio door to Balcony.

Large Bathroom/Shower room
with vanity sink and w.c. heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 4
Can be used as either Queen double or 2 large singles, wardrobe, en-suite shower room and vanity sink unit, toilet, heated towel radiator, patio door to balcony.

Bedroom 5/Family room
To be used as a Queen double or 2 large singles, this room can also take a cot/child’s bed, built in wardrobes and dressing table, large patio doors to spacious part of the balcony. large en-suite shower room with vanity unit and w.c. heated towel radiator.

The Cave
Whilst this room has no window it easily takes a set of bunks and makes a fine and fun child’s room. (the bunks will take 2 adults)

Lower 2nd Floor

Bedroom 1/large family room
This room was originally to be 2 rooms, but now makes either a great double or spacious family room, plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table, large en suite Bathroom/shower room with double vanity unit, heated towel radiator, separate w.c. 2 large patio doors to out side.

Bedroom 2/family room
Identical to bedroom 5, with slightly smaller en suite shower room, heated towel radiator.
